Week 5 17/5/21

This week Year R will be continuing to use their interdependence skills to work in groups to create a model park. The children have planned their park and this week will make the equipment to go in them. We will post photos on the website when these are finished.

In Literacy, they will be continuing to write their page for a class non-fiction book about toys.

In Maths, the children will be having a teddy bears picnic and practising their taking away skills. They will also be looking at and comparing old and new toys.  

This week we will be taking part in Outdoor Learning Day. Throughout the week the children will have various outdoor challenges to do such as making a seed bomb and creating our class animals using natural objects.  

Please remember you can still upload things your child does at home onto Tapestry. The teachers really enjoy seeing what you are doing at home. This might be linked to a particular interest your child has or a sport they do outside of school.
