Home Learning

Home Learning enables parents to truly be part of their children's learning journey. It is part of the learning outcome, where parents are the main audience. The task can take many forms, for example making or writing. As parents complete the task with their children, they will find their child talking about the learning that is happening in school, providing opportunities to research together. For example, to make a house for the Three Little Pigs the children will need to share their learning about materials and their properties. While going on a walk as a family to collect items for their Autumn bag is a perfect  chance to talk about seasonal changes.

For young children, home learning is a fun activity to do with their parents that they are very proud of.
