Welcome to Week 1 of our new Project, 'Handa's Healthy Cafe.'
Dear Parents and Carers
We are so looking forward to the children returning to school as we are sure you are!
Please remember:-
- to stay behind the 2m line outside your child's classroom
- to keep your children with you and maintain social distance
- The children can wear PE kit on Monday with trainers, otherwise it is full uniform including school shoes.
- don't forget a coat
- children can bring their bookbags
Next week we are planning lots of settling in activities with a focus on learning and playing together and using the outside area.
We will be introducing the new project, 'Handa's Healthy Cafe' which is a fun and practical design and technology project. In all areas we will be finding out where the children are in their learning. We will continue phonics, reading and handwriting. Maths next week is using balances to compare the mass of different objects.
Sumdog, Busy Things and Bug Club are still available for you to access. 'Bug Club' is an extension of our home reader boxes to give the children more choice. To complete a book the children need to complete all the quizzes. The book will then go into their library and we can see they have read it.
