What I am Good At

Over the next two weeks we are going to be talking about what we are good at.

We would like you to talk about what you are good at with your grown-ups and say why.

Below is a star template for you to write down one thing you think you are really good at.

Positivity Jar

After discussing what you are good at, we would like you to make your own positivity jar. This does not have to be a jar - it could be a positivity box, tin, etc! On a post-it note or on a small piece of paper, write down the answers to the statement 'I am good at...'. Spend some time decorating your jar to make it personal to you!

Below are some ideas for other positive statements you could add to your jar over time. Try to look at your jar once a day to remind you of what you are good at and why you are special.

Look through the pictures below to see Bat Class making their positivity jar. We wrote positive statements to say what we are good at. Some of the children even went on to write what some of their friends are good at too!smiley
