Week 2

This week with all of the new pirate knowledge we start to make our hand puppets.  We will be learning the skill sewing to join the material together, which the children are extremely excited about.

In English next week we are reading Captain Abdul’s Pirate School.  We will be finding out about the main character and writing our own effective character descriptions. In Maths we will be looking at fractions, especially ¼ and 3/4. 

Don’t forget that we will be taking part in a sponsored walk on Wednesday and swimming for Frog and Hedgehog Class on Thursday.
