Week 2

In English next week we will be taking the children back in time to the streets of 1666 London. The children will be writing their own diary entries as if they were present at the time of the Great Fire.

In Maths, we will be continuing with addition and subtraction. We will be introducing the concept of adding tens and 2 2-digit numbers.

In our project time, we will be exploring the causes for the fire spreading so rapidly and continuing with our artwork. We will be using pastels to create fiery pictures and learning the skill of blending colours.
