This week we want you to discuss different emotions and what we can do to help a friend or ourselves feel better.
Your challenge is is to complete a bubble diagram, writing down your ideas to the question; How do you make someone feel better when they are feeling sad, angry or feeling that something is unfair?
Discuss with someone at home and write down your thoughts. Some of your ideas might link up and so you can draw a line to link them like in the example below:
