Creative Activities
Over the next few weeks we are going to have music based activities as part of our Creative Page. We know you all enjoy listening to and making little tunes so we hope you enjoy the activities we have planned.
This week we would like you to have a go at drawing to music.
Your job is to listen carefully to the music and move your pencils along to the music. For example, if the music becomes fast paced you might be moving your pencil much more quickly than if the music was slow paced.
You might draw different pictures that reminds you of different parts of the music. For example, If there is a load noise you might draw an explosion but if there is a quiet noise you might draw a bird singing.

During that video i listened carefully to the music and moved the pens to the music. After that i added to my picture thinking about what animal i thought the music could have been about. I used some of my marks i had already made to turn them into different things in my picture. I thought it sounded like a lion chasing an animal through the jungle so that is what i drew. What did you think it sounded like?
