Week 1

This Week's Learning

For English, you will be writing about yourself so that we can get to know you! What are your likes and dislikes? Do you have any pets? We are excited to find out.

In Maths, we will be focusing on recognising numbers from 0-100 and making sure we write them round the right way. We will also be carrying out some investigations and handling data about our heights and when our birthdays are.

During our project time, we will be thinking about the rules we need in our classroom and deciding what jobs need doing around the classroom. Who will stack the chairs? Who will tidy the book corner? You will be able to apply for and interview for the job that you want. We will also be learning about self portraits and drawing our own. Finally, in Computing, we will be making labels for our pegs so each of you know where to hang your things!
