Early Bird Morning Club

Early Bird Club Information

We have an 'Early Bird' provision for parents who need to drop off their children at school early. Drop off is between 8am and 8.30am.  The club is run by Mrs Ely, Mrs Graham and Mrs Belton. Children are welcome to bring a healthy snack and a drink to the club, and will be taken to their classrooms at 8.50am by the club leaders.

The cost per session is £4 and sessions must be booked in advance on Arbor or via the school office. The maximum number of Early Birds we can take is 30.

If you need to cancel a booked session, then please let us know at the latest by the day before.

Please do not park in the car park when dropping off.  

Payment can be made either using Arbor, childcare vouchers or by cheque.  Please let us know when booking if paying by vouchers.

Childcare Vouchers

For those wishing to pay by childcare voucher, please read the instructions below.  Please let us know when booking if you wish to pay by voucher and if possible pay for the half term fees in one payment.  

Childcare vouchers can be used for Early bird club only and not for school trips.  

The voucher payments are processed by Hampshire County council so it is important that you put as much detail on the payment as possible so it can be correctly allocated.  Once payment has been made please send confirmation to the school office.
