Hooks and Outcomes
We start each project with a 'hook' to motivate and excite the children.
For this project the teachers and Learning Support Assistants put on a vey bad puppet show.
They don't know the story, the puppets fall a part, they argue, the children can't hear etc.
Following this the children agree what a good puppet show needs which leads into making puppets for a puppet show.
Outcomes
For this puppet show the outcome is a purposeful, functional and appealing Billy Goat Gruff paper bag puppet which can be used to perform a puppet show.
