Anxiety Workshop

This morning we held a workshop for parents/carers about anxiety in young children. It was led by Kristina and Eleanor who are Educational Mental Health Practitioners from the Mental Health Support Team. They talked about how to recognise signs of anxiety and how to support your child and encourage them to build confidence and resilience. It was lovely to see so many of you there, Kristina said it was the best attended session she has run! We are hoping to run more workshops with the Mental Health Support Team in the future.
