Congratulations to the English Cricket Team

Congratulations to the English Cricket Team who won the T20 World Cup today! A nail biting match between England and Pakistan saw England win by just 5 wickets. Phew!

Commiserations to the Red Roses who were narrowly pipped to the win by New Zealand yesterday morning. Rugby is another sport which our Year 1 and 2 children played last half term. It was a really close game and both teams were worthy of the win. There were some brilliant examples of super teamwork and sportsmanship on the pitch too. Well done on trying your best!
