Please check junk mail!

Dear Parents and Carers

 

We have sent an email regarding storm Ciaran, which has gone into many junk mails (mine included). Please can you check your junkmail and make the school email address a contact, which should stop this happening.

 

At the moment, the advice from Hampshire is to open, but also to monitor carefully regarding the weather, so that staff and children can travel to and from school safely and be safe on school site. Mr Campbell and I will be in touch with each other, monitoring the weather closely this evening and in the morning and if we do have to close our schools, we will let you know by 7.30am, possibly sooner if Hampshire advises us to.

 

We are really sorry we cannot be more definite. Hampshire is a very large county, and the weather is only affecting certain areas, with information changing hourly, and blanket decisions to close are more localised than smaller counties.
