SCHOOL CLOSED THURSDAY 1st MARCH
Wed 28 Feb 2018Due to the amber weather warning, we have taken the difficult decision to close the school tomorrow. We have not taken this decision lightly and from past experience, where snow fell heavily and quickly meaning parents couldn't get home, we are trying to keep everyone safe.
We will reassess the situation for Friday by 8pm tomorrow evening. Please check this site and Hampshire School Closure page.
Wrap up warm everyone!

Living Streets-Walk to School Initiative WOW
Mon 15 Jan 2018Today we launched our interactive 'Walk to School' initiative in association with 'Living Streets'. Each day the children log how they travelled to school on the school system in school. It is quick, easy and fun! If they travelled by walking/scooting/cycling or park and striding once a week for a month they collect a badge. It is a year long programme and there are 11 badges to collect (as we are not in school in August). To find out more about living streets and what they do, please click on the link below:

What a fantastic 'Walktober' Morning
Thu 12 Oct 2017Today, children and their parents from the Infant and Juniors, along with their headteachers Mrs Riches and Mr Campbell, Hampshire Travel Team, Community Police Officers and Councillor Humby walked to school from our Park and Stride site in Hoe Road. It was a lovely, crisp autumn walk and the children excitedly found clues that Basil the Bird had left for them about on their route. We then had a great assembly all about pollution, and learned some interesting facts about making the air around us cleaner.
All the children who took part received a badge and thoroughly enjoyed themselves. Thank you to all the Mums and Dads who brought their children along to the event.
Please follow the link below to see our 'walktober' morning in action!
